2 shady organizations teamed up, Bob Giordano from UTAH is the VP of Development of ACD-American Charter Development They are known for abusing EB5 Visas and using Chinese investors money for building charter schools.  Bob Giordano likes to sneak into Woodland Preparatory Board meetings, he cannot build the school fast enough despite a lawsuit and State of Alabama Charter School Division inquiry and Scrutiny.  Not to mention lack of interest from the community and no students to fill seats.  Who is going to pay the $40,000 a month lease back to American Charter Development?  Woodland Preparatory board members do you have the finances for this $480,000 a year?
